End sub if the next cell contains text

Hi there and thanks in advance! I guess solving this is very simple but too difficult for me.

Basically, I just have a macro that should copy the selection (one cell) to a certain place. What I would like to add is "If there is text ABC in the cell next (right) to the selection Then End Sub".

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Try like this
