end(xldown) Help

I have a set of cells, (A5:L5) that i need to use vba to copy the values in those cells and paste them in the first unused cell in range A30:L30. I found this in the search and think its along the lines of what i need to use but I am not sure how to alter it to suit my needs. http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=302369&highlight=xldown
