When i open up excel and enter a numeric value, it automatically returns a date. Is there a way we can change this feature? It is affecting all of my worksheets and automatically changing all values into dates?

Thank you for your helpful links. I was able to set my font but I was unable to save the value in the format that I want. I have excel 2007. Maybe that's why?
