Hello I want to thank you for your time for reading my question

Background

I have a database which i send RFQs (request for quotation) to my supplier which they add their prices and what not but at the bottom of the form they can also add comments (memo field) and so can I but when I do a merge of the two unique copies of the database it over writes everything in that field I want to merge not over write is there a way to do that in access?

Something simple I was thinking of adding a buton to add comments but that doesn't solve the concern that it would over write the comments volume is low right now for the RFQs but I would want this automated so that it would save me some time.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Is two comments fields an option? One for you and one for them - they can't edit yours and vice versa. Just a thought......
