Hello,

I'm trying to enter dates in order in excel 2010. But alot faster than manually entering each date. I've tried the date funtions only to be met with errors. Tried searching but wasn't any answer I found.

6/9
6/10
6/11
6/12
etc.

where each date is in a new cell.

Thanks.

Here's another way...

Let's assume you want to enter the dates from 6/9/2012 to 6/15/2012 starting in cell A2 downwards.

Enter the first date, 6/9/2012, in cell A2.

Goto the Home tab>Editing Group>Fill>Series
Series in: Columns
Type: Date
Date Unit: Day
Step value: 1
Stop value: 6/15/2012
OK (or hit Enter)
