Entering time without colon

Hi all,

I am trying to find a way to enter time without a colon but have it still show with a colon.

EG

Enter 534 and it displays as 5:34
Enter 1334 and display 13:34

Dont want to have to enter 13:34 to get 13:34 (lol, lazy I know)
