equal format cell

hi,if i have 2 sheets.

sheet 1
on c20 = 100 with italic and bold

i want sheet 2 on c20 also 100 with italic and bold.

i use this ='1'!c20

but it just copy the value(100) but not with italic and bold.how do i want it equal exact like the first sheet without to do it manually myself.
