Hi All I've searched the forums and there doesn't seem to be anything recent on this.

I'm using Excel 2013 and building a forecast model for call centre staffing using only excel. I've been online trying to find a free excel add on for Erlang but can't seem to find one.
I don't need a calculator I can build the model myself I just need to add on for Excel it used to be free and available widely Can anyone help ??

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
you presumably are measuring how many calls come in to try and predict how many staff to deploy. how many calls are second third and fourth calls because the "issue" was not dealt with satisfactorily on previous calls - have you set targets for your staff, if so your efficiency will go down and your costs will go up - check out systems thinking - look at the Vanguard website - good luck

Thanks for the reply, the system will follow in time right now this is a start up operation with Excel the only tool at my disposal. I'm just looking to kick off the forecasting and scheduling process with some excel based erlang modeling. I have the skills to put the model together just struggling to find the tools for free
