Error 2015

I'm constructing the range below for use in a function but before using it I tried to test using Application.Evaluate and got err 2015.

LAST_COLUMN_LETTER_PLUS_1 is "DK"
LAST_ROW_NUMBER is "43166"

Debug.Print Application.Evaluate(Range(LAST_COLUMN_LETTER_PLUS_1 & "3:" & LAST_COLUMN_LETTER_PLUS_1 & LAST_ROW_NUMBER))

So I thought this would evaluate to: "DK3:DK43166" but that's not happening.

Can anyone help me understand what I'm doing wrong?

Evaluate converts a range reference to a value. So
Dim myCell as string, myRng as string
myCell="DK3"
Debug.Print Application.Evaluate(myCell)
returns the value in cell DK3, but
myRng = "DK3:DK43166"
Debug.Print Application.Evaluate(myRng)
returns an error b/c you can't return a value for a range consisting of more than one cell.
