Error 2950 -exclusive

Hello
Any advice is appreicated....I have a db on a shared drive. The issue I am having is that when I run a macro it opens successfully. However, when other users try to run the macro from their pc the get error message 2950.. "MS dB engine cannot open, write to the file "qryName". It is open exclusively by another user.

Any ideas how to resolve this..Any help is appreciated.

If you have multiple users using the database simultaneously, I would highly recommend splitting your database.
