Error: "Cannot empty the clipboard."

Hi all,

I tried googling but nobody seems to give straight and clear answers.

I am using Excel 2007 on a Windows XP OS.

I have 3 workbooks open now. Everytime I press CTRL+C (copy), I get the pop up error message:

"Cannot empty the clipboard"

Does anyone here know how to get rid of this annoying pop up message?

Hopefully this will help. Create a macro and then past all of the text below over it. Then run "ccc".

I just restarted by PC and it is now working well without the error.

I will keep your code above and will try it if I ever encounter the error again.
