Error: Constant expression required

Hey all, last leg of the macro process for me, and I run into an error here. I can bypass the error by manually defining the range, but I want it to be automatic.

Here is part at which it errors:

Sub Highlight_Half_Dupes()
Dim rowx As Long
Dim i As Integer
Dim LR As Integer
Dim c As Range
Dim j As Integer
Dim k As Integer
Dim Dup As Integer
Dim VarDup As Integer
LR = Range("A" & Rows.count).End(xlUp).row
Dim RowArray(1 To LR) As String        <------------ERROR

I tried defining the variable LR before the dim, but it still won't work. Any ideas?
