Hi Why does the following Code break on the Error Handler with the message "Sub or Function not defined"

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

On Error GoTo ErrorHandler
Application.EnableEvents = False
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("CLearAllInput")) Is Nothing Then
If Evaluate("UpdateButtonCaption") = "No Data" Then
HideUpdateButton
Application.EnableEvents = True
Else
ShowUpdateButton
Application.EnableEvents = True
End If
End If
Exit Sub

ErrorHandler
Application.EnableEvents = True

End Sub

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
You're missing a colon on the end of the ErrorHandler label at the bottom.
