I am passing on the parameters using combobox to a query. When I select individual region its working fine. However when I select "All" in the dropdown the query should display all regions data...and I am struck up here. Please help.

Code:
 IIf([Forms]![FrmMain]![cmbReg]="ALL","like *",[Forms]![FrmMain]![cmbReg])

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
If in your combo box, you remove the ALL. In your query, in the criteria, type
Code:
Like Forms!frmMain.cmbreg & "*"

If you leave the combo box blank in your search form, it should bring back all the records.
