Error saving spreadsheet

Hi,

I have a problem where we have a shared workbook, some times when a user goes to save it, it takes a long time to save (its over a not so fast network but sometimes takes a lot longer than normal) then a message pops up by the clock saying "Delayed Write Failed" then excel says "Document Not Saved".

This process happens over and over, does anyone know why this happens and if there is a way round it?
