Error when saving form

Receives the following error when saving a form:

"This form contains changes that are incompatible with the current database format.
The form or report was not saved.

In order to save your changes you must remove any layouts that have empthy cells and/or set the the has modules property for the form to no."

How do I change the modules property for the form to No?
