Error when using VLOOKUP function

I'm get the formula instead of the result of the formula in the cell where I am trying to use VLOOKUP. What do I need to change in order for the formula to work?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Make sure the cell is not formatted as text before you put the formula in.

If all cells with formulas give you this problem, hit CTRL-`

Welcome to the Board!

Click ad the cell and press Alt+1 and that will bring up the format cell box. Make sure it is not set to text, if it is, change it to something like general. Then clsoe that dialog box and press F2 on the cell and then hit enter and see if that then returns the result? If not post back and we can try other solutions.
