What is this?
What does it have to do with Excel?

It does not look like Excel VBA code.
It looks more like XML code.

ok. let me try again. When i try to open this file everytime, it gives me following message

After clicking yes I get following message

No body has it open. I also restarted my laptop.

I get following message when I click to Read only

Can we fix it?

It looks like it is telling you that there are some issues with the data contained in "table2".
Where does that data come from? Is it linked to somewhere?
If so, I would check out the source of that data, and make sure it still exists, and doesn't contain errors.

Otherwise, you may have a corrupted file.
If you have access to a back-up, you may want to try to retrieve that backup.
