Whenever I export GL Reports to tab-delimited txt files and convert them to xls files some of the Account Numbers are displayed incorrectly, due to errors in how Excel is reading them.
I know there is a way to ensure that the account numbers are all converted as text formats, thus preventing this problem but I have forgotten how this works.
What's the most efficient and fool-proof way of ensuring the excel reports match the MYOB file?
