Euro symbol help

Hi Xperts

Please can you help with a excel to XML Euro symbol parsing issue....

I take data from excel and export to an xml, but I am having issues with the Euro symbol....
I want to find and replace the € from the excel to the right ascii format???
I have added the ascii value but when I check the exported XML is gives and error on the symbol
