Without changing my system's regional settings or using VBA, it is possible to format a number using a European formatting style?
123.56 would become 123,56 (after being formatted).
I'm trying to figure out a simple way to explain this to someone, without before overly complex.
My first choice would be formatting via available menu options.
My second choice would be to convert it to the desired format using a formula.
