Event macro to move active cell

Hello
I'm trying to do simple thing and I can't get it working

If user change cell value in any cell in column B then cursor should move one cell to the right.

But my code moves cursor to the right immidietly after selecting.

I need little more help my macro looks like this

The goal is to move cursor after barcode scanning without touching keyboard, but scanner does not finish scanning with 'enter' key. What I need right now is a macro that will push enter key after 26 alphanumeric signs were input in cell. I'v read about Application.OnKey "{ENTER}", "myMacro" but I can't combine it with counting signs.
So I'm asking once again for Your help

I suggest that you start a new thread for this. All I know about barcode scanners is that they cost me a lot in Morrisons every week
