Hey,

I have a workbook which on one sheet "Review" i type out a detailed review of specific trades and and how they performed. On another sheet "Journal" i want to keep a log of these reviews by copying and pasting the review into the corresponding trade number. On sheet "review" in cell B4 i can move through the different trade numbers (currently ranging from 1-3000) and it shows the correlating data from other sheets. Once i analyse this data ill type out a review in cell B47 (merged as B47:R59) and then need to transfer it into the "journal" tab. The journal tab has the trade no's listed from B6 downwards (in a table called "JournalTable") ranging from 1-3000. Would like to copy and paste the review data from cell B4 on "review tab" into the corresponding trade no. row in "journal" tab.

Further on, when i return to the review page and change my B4 cell to a trade no. with a correlating review on the "Journal" page i want it to show up in the so i can review past data in this page too.

Image 1 is the "Review" Tab. Currently have a slicer in there changing the Trade No.
