examine 2 lists

I have 2 columns.
In the first is a list of id numbers.
In the 2nd is a list of those IDS and some extras (all mixed up)

I want it so that identical IDs appear on the same line.

Also any ids that appear in the 2nd but not the 1st are identified.

Does it have to be excel, Access would work ok for this ?
