Excel 2000 hiding formulas

I have created a workbook that I have hidden rows and locked cells what I wanted to know is:-
Is there a way of hiding the formula in a cell?

you could always take out the formula bar. tools -> options -> view (i think), uncheck formula bar.

Selct the cells who's formulae you want to hide then go to Format>Cells - Protection tab and check the 'Hidden' option. Then protect the sheet via Tools>Protection>Protect Sheet...
