excel 2002 split rows

i have 27 picturse that i went online to convert to XLS for excel 2002
some files are fine...
others are like this!
how do i fix them?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

Hi anon125. This may be too simplistic, but could you just replace column B with -> "(AUTO R:\Desktop)" and then remove empty rows? Hope this helps you get started.
