I am looking for an answer to a "document not saved" error that recently occured with some users of a spreadsheet I built containing VBA code and formulas. The spreadsheet ranges in size from 7MB to 11MB and the file size doesn't seem to affect the error. The problem is that the same spreadsheet can be emailed to me and several others and it works fine so it is hard to troubleshoot.

Basically the things I've eliminated include changing the registry for network resilliancy, saving to dfferent drives, changing filenames, network issues (files are saved to the c:\ drive), processesor capabilities, insufficient disk space, insufficient RAM and several other small fixes that didn't seem to work...

Is there anyone out there that can help?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
I found the answer to the question a few days after posting the thread. Basically all users of the workbook have to have the exact same service pack that the workbook is created with. Those experiencing the error had SP2 and I built the workbook with SP3. The most up to date service packs for excel can easily be found through a quick internet search.

Hopeyfully this will help others that have had similar issues...;)
