Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to merge an existing word document into and excel workbook. I am producing a file which has a single word document (1 page) and an excel workbook which may have one or more worksheet, to form a pdf.

If anyone has achieved this some example VBA coding would be gratefully received.

Kindest Regards

Andrew

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
The way I would do it (there may be a better way) would be to save both as PDF's then use some PDF Merging software to convert to a single PDF.

I've used this sort of software before and it's always worked fine for me :)

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply, could you advise want merger tool use have used. This program is used to create about 10,000 statements using a letter (produced in word) and a 1,2 or 3 page statement produced in excel. Would this sort of tool be able to able to be programmed to work on these volumes
