Excel 2007 Custom Colors and Format

I have built a Form Template in Excel 2007 and specifically identified our corporate colors 231, 222, 203

When I send the file home and open it in Excel 2003 the colors change to 255, 204, 153 ?

In 2003 I can manually change them back to 231, 222, 203

Is there any way to "lock these customs colors?"

Finally there seems to be a disconnect where the form is not resizing to the window screen size, I have the same widescreen at home and work and when I send it it is to a screen size 136% I work on it at home and send it back and it is resized to 100%.

I beleve there is some code to set this to fit screen size ?

On both computers try saving the template as BOOK.xlst in the XLSTART folder.
