My data has column headings (Unit, Reference,Description Amount Date) with currently 545 rows
Date starts at 1 Mar 10 and ends currently at 10 Sep 10
Rows records information for each unit payments

Auto filter is activated on column headings

Excel does not show all of selected unit rows (shows only Mar to end Jul) and I have to check all data row by row to see if there are payments for Aug & Sep for specific unit selected

File was originally Excel 2003 and then opened and saved using OpenOffice and then opened and saved using Excel 2007 trial as Excel 97-2003 workbook

converting unit column format from text to number format & vice versa does not solve problem

Please help

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
