I use excel 2007

My data is more than 100.000 row
I used formula in a blank column from up to end of row of data
at the middle of calculation, i press esc key, and suddenly formula stop at spesicif row (depending how fast you press esc). Formula dont do it until the end of the row data where i expected

Is it the facility of excel 2007 and not kinda a bug?
I am not tested in excel 2003

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Did i posted a funny question? oh no.. a stupid question... :D

Excel says when calculating formula: "Press Esc to Cancel", "Not Press Esc To Stop"

If it says "Press Esc to Cancel" then it sure sounds like it is doing what it is supposed to. Aborting the calculation of the formula. Since Excel would be going through the cells one-by-one (or so I believe) it isn't far fetched to expect it would point at the last cell it managed to calculate.

What else do you really expect it to do in this case?
