Hello all. Is there a way in 07 when you have muliple pivot filters as you select one, it limits selections on the other filters. In other words if I have a State & City filter on a pivot, is there a way to set it up where when I select the state it only shows cities that are in the state I selected.

Currently the filters on my pivot do not change. If you select the state the city filter still shows all cities and not just cities in that state?

Thanks!!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Hello tcnt9176,

Sorry, but there isn't a standard feature or option that only shows a subset of the pivot table items for a field based on other filters selected.

The slicer feature in xl2010 will show that subset in a different color at the top of the list of items, but slicers aren't available in xl2007.
