Hi,

Using Excel 2007, I have an .xlsm file with a custom ribbon tab containing Button and Separator controls. Quite frequently, when the workbook is closed, Excel crashes. I think there is a problem when the customised part of the ribbon is unloaded. The workbook does not contain Workbook_BeforeClose() or Auto_Close() VBA code. The custom tab isn't anything fancy - I simply show/hide particular controls when different sheets in the workbook are activated.

Before I start to go through the labourious process of trying to identify the issue, have any of you experienced something similar or do you have any hints on what might be the problem?

Thanks

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Colin,

Were you able to solve this problem? If so, do you recall the cause and the resolution? I am experiencing the exact same symptoms.

Thanks
