Excel 2007 VBA

Hi

I have a Japanese version of Excel 2007 and when I go into VBA certain names etc are displayed as ???????? rather than then name, most of these are properties field like (Name) would just show ?????

I have attached a screenshot of what i mean, this is the "About Microsoft Visual Basic" form

Cant link screenshot but it basically says at the top in the application bar Microsoft Visual Basic ????????

then the pic of the 4 boxes and the text is correct.

Down by the OK button where the warning is it is just ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

and the system info button says ??????(S), the version no etc is fine.
