Hello,

I am trying to have an excel worksheet appear like a powerpoint slide. I have seen it done, but have not been able to replicate it.

Excel Facts

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
What exactly do you mean appear like a powerpoint slide?
Perhaps you mean Page Break Preview on the View tab...

Hi,

Sorry I should have explained myself a little more.

In Excel 2007 I received a document where one sheet looked exactly like a powerpoint slide. In that, only one page was viewable, there weren't any scrollbars and nothing in the View tab was able to be selected.

1 page viewable:
- You can hide all but the one sheet. On the Home tab, in the Cells group click Format. Under Visibility click Hide & Unhide and then Hide Sheet.
- Another option may be to hide the tabs. Click on the Home tab then Excel Options. Open the Advanced tab in the dialog and uncheck Show sheet tabs.

Hide scroll bars:
Click on the Home tab, Excel Options, Advanced tab and uncheck Show horizontal scroll bar and Show vertical scroll bar.

Nothing to be selected in View tab:
Hmmmm, I suspect this was coded...

HI,

Thanks for the reply! I think it was coded too. It was difficult to search for it because everything relates to adding excel into powerpoint.

Cheers
