Probably simple, but I can't find it
How the heck do you get Excel 2007 to display only one instance of the appication when you have multiple workbooks open? It was so easy in 2003 as a check-box under Options. I just can't seem to find it in 2007 and since I work with so many workbooks at once this crowds out any other apps I have open.

Help!!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
This is a Taskbar feature and not Excel. Right click the Taskbar and select properties, not put a Check in the Group similar taskbar buttons

I think this is what you are looking for.

Click the office icon (upper left)
Go to Excel Options
Click on Advanced
Under "Display," uncheck "Show all windows in the Taskbar"

Perfect!! What I was looking for was under Advanced Options - Display. I just hadn't seen the scroll bar under advanced options so didn't see the Display selections.

Thanks very much for the help!! Exactly what I needed.
