Hi All,

I need a help with replacing.

There are three columns, columns A and B are correct. In the third column, I have to replace the city and make it so that my words instead of Alpbach is a city that is in the middle column (column B).

It is already done up to 19 rows. From 20 to 28 row of my third column should go instead Alpbach Arlberg, 29-27 instead of Alpbach Axamer etc. ..

Is there any formula or macro command?
If it could help I could make and 4. column in which were just names of cities that must go in column 3 instead of Alpbach's. That column is fixed and it only use to changes the third column.

Thank you!

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?

lujito,

Welcome to the MrExcel forum.

What version of Excel and Windows are you using?

You are posting a picture/graphic. This means that if this was a problem where one needed to use your data, anyone trying to help you would have to enter the data manually. That makes no sense.

Can you post a screenshot of the actual raw data worksheet?

And, can you post a screenshot of the worksheet results (manually formatted by you) that you are looking for?

To post your data, you can download and install one of the following two programs:
Excel Jeanie
MrExcel HTML Maker

Or, when using Internet Explorer, just put borders around your data in Excel and copy those cells into your post.
See reply #2 the BLUE text in the following link:

If you are not able to give us screenshots:
You can upload your workbook to Box Net,
sensitive data changed
mark the workbook for sharing
and provide us with a link to your workbook.

lujito,

Thanks for the workbook.

There is one problem, the workbook is marked for sharing, and/or is protected, and, I can not get into the VBA Editor?????

Can we have another workbook with detailed instructions?

I don't know why the VBA editor is disabled...

Can you copy and past it in another Excel file?

lujito,

Can you supply another workbook with the raw data in columns A, B, C, and, D.

And, in columns F, G, H, and, I, what the results (manually formatted by you) should look like.
