Hi All
I am trying to get a cell to highlight yellow 30 days prior to the due date ( G2=calibration date, H2= due date)
when I use the formula as mentioned to me in a previous post =(h2-30)<today() or =(h2+30)<today() or (h2-30)>today() or (h2+30)>today() the cell will turn yellow one time only. when I try to change the date in cell H2s the conditional format no longer works. I tried all the above formulas and the same happens. any suggestions? this should be pretty simple. I have also tried using the $ symbol $H$2, $h2 ect.

any suggestions? this is driving me nuts
