Excel 2010 -- Date format

Hi all,

I have imported a report from another system. The 3rd party system delivers dates in USA format... (12/31/2012) rather than UK format (31/12/2012).

Is there anyway I can change them back to UK format without re-running the report, re-importing etc??

format the cells with the dates in to dd/mm/yyyy

Select the dates, Data > Text to Columns, click Next twice, tick Date, select MDY then click Finish.
