Excel 2010 pivot table

Does anyone know how to get to the old screen where you used to be able to join and create where clauses to only bring in the data you want that used to be available in 2003 excel. For example in 2003 when I was creating a pivot table with two or more tables from a database it would tell me I had to go through some query system that allowed me to join tables and such.
