Hi

I have loads of pivots made in Excel 2010 but almost all my users are still in excel 2003. So I need in some way make it available to them. I need help in identifing the best solution. I have some ideas but please feel free to come up with some own.

Rules:
1. They don't need to be interactive
2. I need to add or maintain some sort of grouping for the reports to be able to show for example both regions and offices. Loads of variants.
3. They need to be good looking. So no saving of the pivot in 2003 format.
4. They need to be easy to update every month or perhaps more often in some cases.

Solutions:
1. Copy values from pivot to a new sheet and save it to excel 2003 format. Add grouping and color. - loads of manual work
2. Try and get access to the companys Sharepoint 2007, is it worth it?
3. Some sort of universal VBA code that sets color and groups.
4. Use GetPivot data and make it a regular table. (Not experienced with that).
5...

PS. I wan't to use excel 2010 to make the best use of all my computing power. And also wan't to be able to try powerpivot.

Please help
