Hi

I've searched a few threads but can't seem to find an easier answer to this:

Is there a quick and easy way of preventing the simultaneous refresh of pivot tables with a shared cache in Excel 2010?
I've found solutions for earlier Excel versions but none seem to work in 2010..

This is most annoying..
Anybody any ideas?? I'm looking for a non-vba solution..

Thanks

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
If you mean that you want to refresh pivot table A but not pivot table B when they share a cache you're out of luck

If you want to prevent any of them being refreshed select any worksheet that has a pivot table using the cache and protect the worksheet .
