Excel 2010 - Scrollbar - make linked cell "interactive"?

Hello,

when I use a scrollbar (activex control) into an excel sheet, as I cannot input values for the SmallChange parameter smaller than 1 (I need something like 0.1 or 0.001 step), I put a formula in another cell to make the transformation (ex.: A2 = A1/10). Now I'm missing the possibility to input values directly in the A2 cell, without loosing the formula...
Certainly, I can input values directly in the linked cell without loosing the link with the scrollbar, but I want to put the values directly in the "main cell" (or to be able to change the SmallChange parameter the way I need it). Possible?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
