I am trying to access a table that contains two words in the table name, my code works when there is only one name to the table. No matter what table naming convention it errors out. What am I doing wrong?

here is my code:
Sub OpenTable()
Dim cn As Object
Dim rs As Object
Dim i As Integer
Dim Conn As String
Dim strTable As String
Dim Coll As New Collection

Set cn = CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
Set rs = CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")

strTable = "' Medical Claims '"
Conn = "Provider = Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0; Data Source=" & _
"H:\VBADatabase\ACC_PR_YTD_thru_MAY_2015RUNOUT.mdb;"

cn.Open Conn
rs.Open Source:=strTable, ActiveConnection:=cn, CursorType:=1, LockType:=3
