excel 2019 styles function

Hi Everyone.

Can you please assist.

I have a excel sheet with over 5000 lines, and 11 columns.

I have categorized my work in color using the styles function, have also customized my style according to the description i need to be.

The problem is when changing the style of a row, does it change my data,font,spacing,dates,currency(the currency symbol falls away then)

I have looked for a solution, my sheets are locked, but this still happens.

Any advice please
