Excel 365 Number Format Dropdown Box

I know that Excel has a dropdown box for frequently used number formats. Is this customizable? I suspect it's not but I wanted to see if you could add your own custom formats to this dropdown. Currently there are 11 within this dropdown. Can more be added or some removed and have others added?

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
