Excel 97 URGENT

Hi guys, new here, you seemed a good place to turn..

Having a problem with MS Excel 97 SR2b.

When trying to save a document, I'm getting the error message:
"Changes could not be saved but were saved to a temporary document"

I'm trying to save the file onto a Windows NT4 Server and it's not working

Please help!

Thanks for the fast reply, but no, have full rights for the folder so delete / modify permissions aren't relevant. =(
