Excel acting strange

For example, I have to use ; instead of , in formulas?

I have english version of excel 2010 plus i installed some language packs, but now uninstalled them and still have to use ;

I think this is another problem why I have so much problem importing the database to Drupal cms.

I try to save the whole csv as comma delimited file, if I open it with notepad here is how it looks like

products_id;products_type;products_quantity;products_model;products_image;products_price;products_price_w;products_date_added;products_status;products_tax_class_id;products_ordered;products_price_sorter;master_categories_id;category;products_hidden;;metatags_title;metatags_keywords;metatags_description;;products_name;products_description;;;products_id;products_name;products_description

Doesnt it look weird, sometimes there are ;;; between column titles

And when I try to import I select

Record separator - new line

Field separator - ;

Text delimiter - none ( I am not sure what to select but usually cells are wrapped in " ", mine are not)

Escape character - none ( I am not sure about this either)

Can you help me explain how to do the import, or is there something wrong with my excel program?
