Excel Add-In - how to implement it?

Guys

I am currently creating an Add-In with additional procedures/functions that will be used across my whole company.

the question I have is:

how do I implement this add-in so whenever user opens the machine - the tool bar is there?

I would be great full for any suggestions.

I want it to be available in form of the toolbar which can be switch off/on in "View" menu...
