Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
How did you create the button?

If you haven't created one, why would you expect one to appear in the Ribbon?

@RoryA, i think you have not understood my question, i am creating an Excel Add-in Tool, which i want to access it from Data Ribbon, Normal procedure i have mentioned in the question, but with that it is not showing in the Data Ribbon.

Appologies if i am not able to clarify

What exactly does "Normal procedure" mean to you? If you mean manually customising the Ribbon through the Excel interface, that will not work. You need to edit the XML of the file - see Ron's pages here: http://www.rondebruin.nl/win/section2.htm

Normal procedure means, to add Excel Add-in tool To the ecxcel, and i am not creating any button or Ribbon, i just want to add Excel Add-in to the excel,
Am i Clear?

Not really. It's all covered in Ron's pages and I'm afraid I'm not going to retype it all.
